prescriptionsIf the Doctor has authorised regular medication, your repeat prescription can be printed by computer. Please order your medication all together once a month, well in advance, before you run out. If just a few people order more frequently our workload becomes unmanageable.

We currently provide an excellent service by having them ready in two working days, but we can only keep this up if you help us in this way.

Please use the re-order slip, or write your request including full name, address, name of Doctor and medication on a piece of paper. Requests can be dropped into the collection box in the surgery, posted to us, or faxed to us on (01264) 336792.

You can also use our online prescription service via the link above

We regret we are unable to take telephone requests other than in exceptional circumstances.

Requests placed Fridays will normally be ready Tuesday afternoon. You can arrange to collect your order direct from a local chemist, some also deliver to the door. Please ask for details when you place your order.
