St Mary's Surgery's mission is to provide a personal, friendly and reliable service to our patients

We hope to use our surgery website as a way of presenting all our patients with an up to date resource for all information relating to our practice. We will keep it current with any news, developments & details that are relevant to the practice & our patients.

As well as a source of information about our Practice, the staff & the services we provide, we hope you use the website as a useful resource with links to other reliable websites for health related information. If there is topical health information we will also add this to the website.

We aim to ensure that our opening hours accomodate those patients who are unable to attend during the day, we offer early morning appointments from 7.30am and alternate Saturday mornings for pre-arranged appointments.

Would you like to have a say about the services provided by this surgery?

We are encouraging patients to give their views about how the practice is doing.  We would like to be able to find out the opinions of as many patients as possible and are asking if people would like to register to enable them to take part in the feedback process. After registration you will either be asked to take part in an online forum or in a few weeks time you will be asked to complete a questionnaire. You may also be asked to take part in both.

If you are interested in taking part in this feedback project please click here www.tpollregistration.com/stmarys to register or to complete our survey please click www.surgeryfeedback.com/StMarys

We look forward to hearing your views soon.
